    • Red Wire: Connects to the Positive (+) terminal of the License Plate Light or Tail Light.
    • Black Wire: Connects to the Negative (-) terminal (Ground) of the License Plate Light or Tail Light.

Step Action Detail / Purpose
Step 1 Remove the Rear Emblem. Carefully detach the existing emblem from the trunk/tailgate.
Step 2 Remove the Trunk Liner/Back Panel. Take off the interior trim panel of the trunk lid to access the wiring harness and backside of the emblem area.
Step 3 Drill and Feed the Wire. Drill a hole (if necessary) and pass the emblem’s wire harness from the outside of the trunk/tailgate into the interior space.
Step 4 Feed the Wiring. Continue routing the wire harness through the trunk cavity to the designated connection point.
Step 5 Secure the LED Emblem. Fix the LED Emblem securely in its installation position on the tailgate/trunk.
