I ordered the VW LED Bar Plug Connector and the Easy VW LED Emblem, but I believe the LED emblem isn’t lighting up. What’s the problem? We’ve noticed that several customers are experiencing this issue. Let me explain how to resolve it.

Before shipping, we test each LED emblem individually. Each emblem undergoes three tests: the first during manufacturing, the second while in stock at the warehouse, and the third before shipping. Rest assured, your LED emblem is guaranteed to work; you should not receive a defective one.

When we tested the VW LED Emblem, we used a 12V power supply, which was straightforward. However, when you connect it to the car’s plug, it’s a different situation. The VW LED Emblem may appear to be working, but it’s not lighting up, indicating no electricity reaching the emblem.

How to use the VW LED Bar Plug Connector:

You can refer to the photo we attached. First, you need to cut the VW LED Bar Plug Connector and then connect it as shown in the photo. There are two LED bar plugs for your cars; you can try the car’s co-pilot connector first.

What causes the VW LED Emblem Not to light up?

What could be causing this problem? It is likely because the positive and negative connections of your car’s LED bar are incorrect for the emblem. The red wire should connect to the red and black wires to the black wire, but the order is not set up correctly. As a result, the LED emblem is not lighting up.

How to solve the VW LED Emblem Not to light up problem?

Usually, the red wire of the emblem should connect to the red wire of the plug, and the black wire of the emblem should connect to the black wire. However, you need to make an exchange. Connect the black wire from the emblem to the red wire from the extra wire, and connect the red wire from the emblem to the black wire from the extra wire.

This is the photo shared by your customer. When he connected the red wire of the emblem to the red wire of the plug and the black wire to the black wire of the plug, the emblem did not light up. The issue was that the negative and positive connections of your car’s LED bar plug for the VW emblem were not set up correctly.
